Request account deletion

Send an email to our privacy contact from the email address associated with your Peleka account. Please include your full name and the email address or phone number registered to your Peleka account.

What happens after you request deletion?

1. We review the request and verify that it relates to the Peleka account identified in the request.
2. We process the account deletion and remove personal data associated with the account where deletion is required.
3. We may retain limited information where necessary for legitimate purposes such as completed transaction records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal and regulatory obligations. Any retained information remains subject to appropriate protection and is retained only as long as necessary.

If you have an active shipment, pending payment, unresolved complaint, or other transaction that requires completion or record retention, we may need to resolve or retain the relevant records before or after completing the deletion request. We will explain any material limitation to deletion.

What should I include?

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number registered to your Peleka account
• A clear statement that you want your Peleka account and associated personal data deleted
• Optional: any additional information that can help us identify the account
